Haus Mozart - 2 ensuite bedroom newly refurbished apartment in a very central location. Sleeps 8. Fitted with all the essential modern appliances for a great self-catered holiday!

This newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located in Zell am See town and has been fitted with a high standard of modern appliances.  It also boasts a very large balcony with seating for up to 8 persons and is situated in a very convenient town location very near the lake.  Both bedrooms are spacious and benefit from en-suite bathrooms. 

Accommodation comprises:

2 bedrooms, each with their own shower/bath room.  Bedroom 1 is 15m2 with two beds (one 140cm wide and one 90cm wide) sleeping 3 persons and a full size bath in the ensuite.  Bedroom 2 is 9m2 with 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4 persons.  With the addition of a double sofa bed in the lounge, the apartment sleeps 8 persons in total.

The large living room has all the modern features with a wall-mounted TV, blue-ray DVD player and portable Audio Unit with CD, MP3, USB & FM/AM radio. There is ample seating with a sofa, sofa reclining chair and a dining table, with bench seating for 4 persons.

In the hallway is a separate toilet.

The balcony is very large, seating up to 8 persons for outdoor dining with wonderful views of the lake and mountains.

All fittings and fixtures are brand new and the apartment is refurbished to a very high standard with a modern kitchen, Fissler kitchenware, coffee maker and all that you could need for a great self-catered holiday.

The location is very convenient and the apartment block is situated at the end of a pedestrian walkway. The apartment is just 2 blocks from Ferry Porsche Congress Center,  1 block from the train station, a 1 minute walk to lake, 2 minute walk to closest ski lift or a 5 minute walk to the main ski lift ( city express)

Parking and ski storage are included with this apartment.  The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building but there is a lift.

This is strictly a no smoking apartment.

Prices start at £450 per week up to a maximum of £850 in the peak of the ski season.
