It is extremely well positioned in the centre of Zell am See, approx 300 metres from the city express gondola, and only 150 metres from the lakeside. It is in the heart of the old town with its many restaurants, bars and shops but it is on a quiet street.

The apartment consists an open plan living area with kitchenette and traditional Austrian corner dining area. In the lounge there is a double sofa bed and the bedroom accommodates up to 3 persons in two bunks and pull-out bed.

This apartment is ideal for families with up to 3 kids or for couples. In addition to the living area, there is a lobby with additional storage, plus a shower room and toilet. In the kitchenette, there is a full sized sink, a fridge, a hob and a microwave/grill/oven, plus plenty of cupboard space.
