This cosy and centrally located apartment is ideal for a couple or small family, having a double bedroom with large Austrian double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge/diner.
It has a well equipped kitchenette, with a small dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and 2 sinks. The whole apartment is very nicely furnished with lots of hand crafted Austrian woodwork and a very cosy and comfortable feel. The dining area is traditional Austrian corner style and seats at least 6. There is a DVD player and cable TV in the living area with selection of DVDs.
The balcony is surprisingly spacious and is sunny for most of the day, with views both towards the mountain slopes and the lake, making this apartment a good choice for a summer holiday too.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small building in a very convenient location, only approx 100 metres from the ski lift, 200 metres from the lake and right next door to the local Spar shop! However, there is no lift in this building so it is not suitable for the disabled.
This apartment benefits from covered parking in the basement parking lot (on request) and a ski/boot storage area.
