The Bergstrasse apartments are in a very convenient location in the centre of the resort, yet quiet and only 250 metres from the city express ski lift and the lake. The building is also next to the icerink and new swimming pool and leisure complex and is therefore ideal for families. All the Bergstrasse apartments have private parking and there is a lift to all floors. There is a shared ski storage area in the basement of the building.

This is the smallest of the 4 apartments we have in the Bergstrasse building. Even so it is a decent 40m2 and is ideal for a family of 4, although it will actually sleep 6. It has a well equipped kitchen, lovely brand new very modern shower room, spearate toilet, a good sized dining and lounge area plus a large sunny balcony with mountain views. Sleeping arrangements consist of 4 large bunks in a partitioned sleeping area and a double sofa bed in the lounge. This apartment is very light and airy, faces the ski slopes and basks in afternoon sunshine. It's ideal for couples with more than two kids or for small singles groups. Bergstrasse 26: 60m2 Sleeps up to 5 persons. Large balcony with wonderful lake views. (FREE unlimited WIFI in this apartment) This is a very popular apartment, larger than 24 at 60m2. It is modern, fairly spacious and has spectacular views of the lake both from the lounge and the large balcony. This apartment has a large fully fitted Neff kitchen, a bedroom sleeping 3 and a lovely lounge and dining room in which there is a double sofa bed. It is on the same floor as apartment 24 so ideal for groups or larger families in combination. This apartment has its own free parking and wi fi. There is a lift in the building. No steps required.

This is a modern, spacious apartment on the first floor of the Bergstrasse building and is furnished to a very high standard. It has a large lounge/diner with a hidden double pull down bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, lobby, master bedroom with a double and small second bedroom with two bunks. This partment has parking and can be booked with apartments 24 and 26 for larger groups. There is a lift in the building. No steps required.

In the same building as the other Bergstrasse apartments, this apartment offers a double bedroom and smaller bedroom with bunk beds plus a sofa bed in the lounge.The apartment has its own free parking and a small terrace/balcony. There is a lift in the building. No steps required.

Schulstrasse: Approx 45m2, New modern top floor apartment, in town centre and very close to slopes and lifts. This modern apartment is just around the corner from the city express lift, very close to all the shops and restaurants yet in a quiet and peaceful location. It is very light and sunny with lovely views of the schmittenhoe ski slopes which come very close to the entrance. It will sleep up to 5 persons but is ideal for a couple of small family wanting to be close to the ski lifts. There is a lift in this building but a few steps are necessary.

This light and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is in the centre of the resort and close to everything that Zell has to offer. Also very convenient for the railway station and it's close proximity to the lake is a real bonus. It's been recently refurbished and offers a a high standard of comfort and facilities. Haus Mozart: Approx 80m 2 . This Large 2 bedroom ensuite apartment is in a building adjoining the brucker lakeside apartment so ideal for large groups. It has a central town location with large balcony and stunning lake views. Sleeps max 8 but ideal for 6. Outdoor parking for one vehicle available on site.

This newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment is very centrally located and has been fitted with a high standard of modern appliances and offers very flexible sleeping arrangements It boasts a large balcony with seating for up to 8 persons and is situated in a convenient town location by the lake. Both bedrooms are very spacious and benefit from en-suite bathrooms.the master bedroom has a double and a single bed and the smaller bedroom has 2 bunks in and will sleep 4 persons. There is also sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a lift in this building plus lockable ski storage area.

Brucker Bundestrasse 1: Approx 40m2 Very centrally located, 1 bedroom, sleeps maximum 4 persons.

This apartment is very close to the shops and restaurants and the cityexpress lift which takes you straight up to the middle-station ski area. It is ideal for a couples or a small family. For larger families or groups this apartment can be rented with Brucker Bundestrasse 2 which is in the same building. There is no lift in this building so not suitable for those with mobility problems

Ideal for a couple or small family. This lovely little apartment has a large double bedroom and sunny balcony with great views. It is well equipped and in a great central location very close to the lifts. It is in the same building as Brucker Bundestrasse 1, so ideal for small groups. The Brucker apartments are also only about 30 metres from Schulstrasse so again a suitable combination for groups.
There is no lift in this building so not suitable for those with mobility problems
