How to book with us

Availability: Please call us or email us to check on availability. Once we have given you the available dates we will hold the booking open for 24 hrs to allow you time to check on flights and consult with family and friends etc. As we have access to many more apartments in Zell am See, if your chosen apartment is not available we may be able to offer you similar alternative accommodation or advise you on hotels etc.

Please note that at peak times of year particularly new year, February half term and summer holidays, accommodation in Zell am See is in strong demand. We often get clients calling us and booking for the next year whilst still in the apartments, so please if you want peak times, BOOK EARLY!

Prices and Seasons:

Low Season: Mid April – End May, October and November

Mid Season: June, September, 1-10th December.

High Season: Dec 10^th-17^th, 3^rd January – 1^st Feb, 1st March to Mid April, July 1-16th

Peak Season: July 17th-31st, August, February, Christmas/New Year.

Due to rising costs we can no longer absorb the cost of end cleaning, linen hire and laundry.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided.

As our property costs are incurred in Euros we have had to make a small increase in the sterling price of our rentals for 2009 to help compensate for this but we have kept these to a minimum.

Exchange rate is based on the average rate for the previous 12 months and therefore reflects the latest fall in the value of sterling.

The following costs therefore apply for all bookings made from Jan 16th 09

1 bedroom apartments : £40/48 euros

2 bedroom apartments: £50/60 euros.

3 bedroom apartments: £ 60/72 euros

A local tourist tax of £1.00/1.20 euros per adult (16 and over) per night is also payable. This entitles you to a tourist discount card in the resort.

We also reserve the right to request a refundable damages deposit on certain properties.

£25 Discount for repeat bookings (loyalty)

Payment Terms:

Studio/1 bedroom apartments: Deposit of £100/120euros is payable on booking. The balance is due at least 6 weeks before departure.

2/3 bedroom apartments: Deposit of £175/210 euros is payable on booking. The balance is due at least 6 weeks before departure.
